Vucic resigns as Serbia's ruling party leader

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced his resignation as head of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) at a party meeting on Saturday, local media reported.
Serbian Defense Minister Milos Vucevic was then elected as the new head of SNS, local media said.
