Poland on Monday issued new sanctions against Belarus and Russia, after Belarus' Supreme Court upheld an eight-year prison term handed to Andrzej Poczobut, a noted journalist and leader of the Polish-Belarusian community.
Poland's interior ministry included 365 citizens of Belarus in its sanctions list, froze the assets of 20 firms and 16 people associated mainly with Russian capital, according to a statement published by the ministry.
Fifteen Russian citizens and 19 Russian business entities were also included in the list.
