At the invitation of the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy Peng Qinghua, also vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will attend Nigerian President Bola Tinubu's inauguration ceremony in Abuja on Monday, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced.
