Two people were injured after drones hit two residential buildings in Moscow, RIA reported on Tuesday, citing the city's mayor, Sergey Sobyanin.

Later, the Russian Defense Ministry said Kyiv had launched a "terrorist attack" by unmanned aerial vehicles on facilities in Moscow.

Kyiv has attempted to attack Moscow with eight drones, and all of them were destroyed, the ministry said.

Ukraine has not responded to the claim.
