"The China space program is far more advanced than most people realize," Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, tweeted on Monday. Musk made the comment in response to a tweet by Chris Hadfield, a retired Canadian astronaut, who quoted a CGTN report. Wu Weiren, the chief designer of the lunar exploration program, told the reporter that by 2030, a Chinese astronaut would definitely be able to set foot on the moon.
