Talent scheme bolsters China's scientific and technological progress

Over 7,000 middle and high school students with great innovative potential have taken part in a talent scheme designed to bolster China's scientific and technological undertakings over the past decade.
The talent scheme was launched by the China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education in 2013 with the aim of recruiting capable middle school students to engage in academic research under the guidance of experienced tutors.
