China's Foreign Minister Qin Gang met with Tesla CEO Elon Musk in Beijing on Tuesday, according to the ministry. Qin says China is committed to creating a better market-oriented business environment to attract businesses from all countries, including Tesla. Musk, boss of the leading U.S. electric vehicle maker, says he is willing to expand the company's business in China, and there should be no U.S.-China decoupling.
