Today marks the sixth year of operation for the Mombasa-Nairobi standard gauge railway, built by key contractor China Road and Bridge Corporation. Now, the Mombasa-Nairobi railway is the only modern transportation route from the East African coast to the inland plateau in the last 100 years. CGTN's Olivia He explains.
