Chinese naval hospital ship called the Peace Ark has completed nearly a dozen medical missions overseas. In 2010, a baby girl was delivered by Chinese doctors on one of its journeys. She's now 12 years old, and has just received a letter from Chinese President Xi Jinping. CGTN talks to Alifa Chin and her family to find out more.
