Over 40 European leaders gathered in Moldova's Bulboaca on Thursday for the second European Political Community Summit.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is attending the summit, called for a coalition of powers to supply Patriot air defense systems and fighter jets to Ukraine. He added that Kyiv wanted to receive a "clear" decision on its future in the NATO military alliance when the bloc's leaders meet in Lithuania's Vilnius in July.
As the first leader to arrive for the summit, Zelenskyy also held meetings with his Moldovan counterpart Maia Sandu and other leaders, including President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
