Frans Koolike, a member of the SWAPO party, Namibia's ruling party, said the fundamental reason of the beginning of "countdown" to U.S. debt default is the U.S. uses its hegemonic position in international settlement and financial infrastructure to seize the economic development achievements of other countries, passing on its own risks during crisis and coercing the world to pay for its irresponsible behavior.
