The World Tourism Expo in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, officially opened to the public on Thursday, drawing a number of residents and tourists to visit. The permanent facility is the world's first comprehensive exhibition hall with tourism as its theme. With a construction area of nearly 40,000 square meters, it houses cultural exhibitions, international conventions and restaurants.
