Xi's special envoy Ding Zhongli to attend inauguration ceremony of new Turkish president

At the invitation of the government of the Republic of Türkiye, Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Ding Zhongli, also vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will attend the inauguration ceremony of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on Saturday, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning announced on Friday.
