A multi train collision has killed at least 288 people and injured over 850 in India's eastern Odisha state. The deadly accident occurred when one train derailed and another collided with it. Some reports say a third train was involved. Rescuers are scrambling to reach those still trapped in the wreckage. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the collision. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the site of the accident, which is the country's deadliest in more than a decade.
