Heavy rain across parts of Japan has killed one person and left two missing, state broadcaster NHK reported on Saturday.
The deceased is a man in his 60s from Toyohashi city, Aichi prefecture. Police found him in a submerged car and he was later confirmed dead.
Meanwhile, one woman and one man were reported missing in Japan's Wakayama prefecture.
