The cooperation agreement signed between the China Media Group and the Radio Television Nationale Congolaise on May 27 will bridge the "significant gap" in the DRC's national media network in training, technology and equipment, and elevate standards. "South-South cooperation is necessary for us because we need to promote our cultures."
