Since the launch of the 12345 Beijing Residents Service Hotline in 2019, a "handling-a-complaint-upon-receipt" mechanism, the Beijing authorities have been increasingly effective in resolving citizens' problems, with satisfaction rates reaching nearly 94 percent.
