Russia strongly rejects Ukraine's claims that Russia was behind the destruction of the Nova Kakhovka dam, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday. Peskov claimed that Ukraine sabotaged the dam to distract attention from its counteroffensive, which he said was faltering.
