A major Soviet-era dam in a part of southern Ukraine under Russian control has been breached, unleashing floodwaters across the area. Ukraine and Russia accused each other of intentionally attacking the Nova Kakhovka dam. Aerial footage posted on social media showed water surging through the remains of the dam.
