Russia blows up Kakhovka HPP overnight from inside: Zelenskyy

Russian forces carried out an internal detonation of the structures of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP), said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday.
He said about 80 settlements are in the flooding zone.
