A stage performance amplifying the culture and art of Dunhuang was held in Jiuquan, Gansu Province. After studying the images and texts found in the Mogao Grottoes, and with the help of holographic projection and 3D techniques, the performance displayed the music and dance once popular in Dunhuang more than a thousand years ago.
