UN chief calls for stop of attacks on civilian infrastructure

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Tuesday called for a cease to attacks on civilian infrastructure as he spoke on the situation in Ukraine following the attack on Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine.
He added that the UN has no independent information on the cause of the burst dam.
