A gunman opened fire into a crowd outside a high school graduation ceremony in Richmond, Virginia, killing two people and wounding five others. Hundreds of attendees fled in panic, wept and held their children, authorities and witnesses said. A 19-year-old suspect tried to escape on foot but was arrested and will be charged with two counts of second-degree murder, according to local police.
