Kuwait Amir accepts govt resignation, assigns it as caretaker

Kuwait Amir issued an order on Wednesday accepting the resignation of the government and assigning Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Sabah and his cabinet to act as caretaker government.
