Ukraine accuses Russia of killing two civilians in Sumy

Two civilians were killed and one injured after Russian shelling hit a residential building in the Sumy region of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukrainian president's office, said via Telegram on Wednesday.
Russia has not responded to this claim.
