The U.S. has itself to blame for its domestic fentanyl abuse, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Thursday, in response to the U.S. Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns's recent accusation that China failed to stop the production of fentanyl.
