Macron says 'positive' news on condition of children wounded in knife attack

French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday said he had heard "positive" news on the condition of the children wounded in a knife attack in the southeastern town of Annecy after visiting their hospital.
"Everything that I was told is heading in the right direction," he said in Annecy after visiting the wounded children in hospital.
Four pre-school children and two adults were wounded in the attack.
