The Global Artificial Intelligence Technology Conference kicked off in Hangzhou City, east China's Zhiangjiang Province on Saturday.
With the theme of "Communication, Integration and Mutual Benefits", the conference integrates a conference, an exhibition and several competitions.
The two-day event concludes a main forum and 33 thematic forums, and over 200 academic reports will be released during the event, according to the conference.
Around 300 scientists related to various industries, universities and research institutions will be in attendance.
At the main forum held on Saturday, experts shared eight reports, involving large language models, large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) models, intelligent perception and AI in medicine.
A global recruitment plan for scientific talents was released simultaneously by enterprises from Yuhang District in Hangzhou City, aiming to accelerate the development of a new generation of information technology, high-end equipment, new materials and health industries.
Focusing on frontier science and technologies, this exhibition, which runs until Tuesday, will showcase the latest achievements in augmented reality and virtual reality, big language model and big data, smart healthcare and smart chips.
China's internet giants, including Alibaba, Huawei, Baidu and iFlytek, have brought high-tech exhibits.
