An impromptu shrine was created overnight on Friday in Annecy, where a Syrian refugee stabbed four pre-school aged children, two of whom are still in life-threatening condition. The four children, aged between 22 months and three years old, were stabbed on Thursday on a playground in the Alpine town of Annecy, a normally idyllic lakeside spot popular with tourists.
