The Belt and Road Film Week, within the framework of the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), is well underway. Simon Popek, art director of Ljubljana International Film Festival in Slovenia, shares his views on how the two countries can build connections through films with CGTN's Zhang Meng. A total of 17 festivals and institutions have joined the Belt and Road Film Festival Alliance since 2019.
