Portion of I-95 collapses after truck catches fire in Philadelphia

A tanker truck caught fire under an Interstate 95 northbound in Philadelphia on Sunday and caused multiple lanes to collapse, officials said.
All lanes of I95 have been closed in both directions between Woodhaven and Aramingo exits.
