At least three people were killed after Russian strikes hit a five-story apartment building in Kryvyi Rih in central Ukraine, Ukrinform reported on Tuesday, citing Sergey Lysak, head of the Dnepropetrovsk Region Military Administration.
Russia has not responded to the claim yet.
