Fifteen people died and 32 were injured when a livestock truck collided with two coaches in southern Mali on Tuesday, the transport ministry announced.

The accident, which occurred between the towns of Fana and Konobougou, "is thought to have been caused by drivers speeding and falling asleep," the ministry added.
