Japan's Self-Defense Forces member arrested after shooting wounds 3

A male member of Japan's Self-Defense Forces was arrested after he allegedly fired a rifle and injured three fellow personnel at a military shooting range in the city of Gifu, public broadcaster NHK reported on Wednesday.
At least one of the injured is critical, NHK said, adding that there were no reports of casualties.
