Jens Stoltenberg, secretary general of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), said Ukraine is "making progress in its counteroffensive" and predicted NATO leaders will increase military assistance to Ukraine when they meet next month.

Stoltenberg made the remarks on Tuesday as he met in the Oval Office with U.S. President Joe Biden, who said the U.S. commitment to NATO was "rock solid."
