The 19th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival will be held in Hangzhou from June 20 to 24 with 59 countries and regions participating. Themed "Capital of Cartoon and Animation, Host City of Asian Games," the festival will hold 20 events in five categories, including exhibition, competition and forum.
