Dalian sea cucumber is a sea ginseng found in the coastal areas of Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province. It is a valuable marine animal that has survived for 600 million years. Their harvest season began in June in the city. Thanks to its cold waters, the northernmost ice-free port city in China boasts high-quality abalone, sea cucumbers and shellfish.
