SIFF jury member talks about working with Chinese directors, drawing inspiration from Chinese art

German director of photography Lutz Reitemeier is one of the jury members for the main competition category at the Shanghai International Film Festival. He has been involved in several Chinese movie productions including "Tuya's Marriage," which took home a Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival in 2006. The Vibe reporter Shen Li sat down with him to talk about his experience of working with Chinese directors, and how traditional Chinese paintings have influenced his sense of visual composition.
