Chen Wen-cheng, a PE teacher and Peking University lecturer who was born in Taiwan, has lived in Beijing for more than a decade. Over the years, he has promoted sky ball, a novel sport from Taiwan region that involves a claw-like racket and a lightweight plastic ball. Chen organizes events almost weekly to teach local children. Chen hopes that sports serve as a bridge promoting communication across the Taiwan Straits.
