Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan is heading to Iran on Saturday, a historic visit after years of estrangement between Riyadh and Tehran. The two countries reached a deal brokered by China to end the diplomatic rift and re-establish relations in March.
