U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Beijing for talks on managing tensions in the highest-level U.S. visit since President Joe Biden took office. Blinken landed in the Chinese capital on Sunday morning, amid frosty bilateral ties between the world's two largest economies. In response to Blinken's visit, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said it hopes the U.S. works with China to bring bilateral relations gradually to the track of stable growth.
