On June 14, Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who was on a state visit to China. On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Palestine, the two leaders announced the establishment of a strategic partnership and witnessed the signing of several bilateral cooperation documents.
