Officials from across Africa visited the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen last Friday and Saturday on the final leg of a business tour. The delegation visited two local companies on Saturday to discover new opportunities for cooperation in the fields of telecommunication, artificial intelligence and healthcare.
China has remained Africa's largest trading partner for 14 consecutive years with cooperation expanding from traditional areas such as infrastructure and poverty relief, to new ones like digital connectivity, green energy and aerospace.
