Renowned calligrapher Sun Xiaoyun, Chairperson of the China Calligraphers Association, has unveiled the English edition of her masterpiece, "The Way of Calligraphy."

The book reflects Sun's decades of experiences in calligraphy and her deep understanding of brush techniques.

The Chinese edition of the book was first published in 2001 and has gained immense popularity among Chinese calligraphy lovers. It has been reprinted over 30 times, making record high sales for a calligraphy theory book.

Sun hopes the new edition will help more people become familiar with Chinese culture.

"Translating this book into English will help promote traditional Chinese culture, facilitate extensive cultural exchanges between East and West and foster a wider dissemination of Chinese culture worldwide," said Sun.

Published by HarperCollins Canada, under the authorization of Jiangsu Phoenix Fine Arts Publishing House, the English edition of "The Way of Calligraphy" will begin hitting the market on October 1. It can now be preordered on major global platforms such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
