During an exclusive interview with China Media Group, Su Xiaohui, deputy director of the Department for American Studies at China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) shared her thoughts on China-U.S. relationship. "Suppose the U.S. could meet China halfway, the relationship between the two major countries will remain stable and China-U.S. relations will return to the right track. For the two countries, this is both a mutually beneficial and win-win situation, and is what the international community has expected," said Su.

She also added that the process of communicating with the U.S. is a process to stabilize China-U.S. relations, as China realizes that just one round of talks cannot solve all the problems between the two major countries.
