Chinese Premier Li Qiang has begun an official visit to Germany. China and Germany have been working closely on environmental protection and green development, including electro-mobility. Professor Jiang Shixue with the Institute of Global Studies at Shanghai University says technology and financing are important for China-Germany cooperation on environmental protection and green development.
