Located at an altitude of over 2,200 meters in Bomi County, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, Yigong is one of the highest tea plantations in the world. A majority of workers here are Tibetans. Yigong produces a strong fermented "brick tea" that is used to make perhaps the region's most popular drink – butter tea. Let's visit the tea plantation.
