Four people were killed, and another four were wounded in a shooting attack near the West Bank settlement of Eli, the Times of Israel reported on Tuesday, citing local medics.
Israel Defense Forces said on Twitter that one of the "terrorists" was neutralized at the scene, and they are pursuing additional suspects.
