The Qianqingtang Village in Linxian County in Lyuliang City, north China's Shanxi Province, has a more than 800-year history of making zongzi, or rice dumplings, a centerpiece of the traditional Dragon Boat Festival in China. The village's zongzi-making industry is booming, producing tens of millions of rice dumplings a year worth nearly a hundred million yuan (about $13.9 million). Production has been in full swing for this year's festival. CGTN's Hu Chao visited the village to taste the delicacy and learn how to make a delicious one. Keep watching for more.
