The most traditional food eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival are zongzi, which are made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. Rachel traveled to Zigui, Hubei and met the so-called "Zongzi Queen" to learn how to make these special treats perfected in Qu Yuan's hometown.
